Purchase and Lifetime Access

Zawqi is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Polar is the merchant of record for the transaction.

Lifetime Access means access to the core Zawqi product without recurring fees while that product is offered. Separately offered future products or services are not automatically included.

Permitted use

One purchase licenses one individual. You may use Zawqi for personal projects, your own business, work for an employer, commercial research, and paid client work. You may use research in reports, briefs, presentations, and decisions, including through your own personal agents and tools.

Prohibited use

Do not share your account, sessions, or Agent Tokens, give another person direct access, resell or sublicense access, bulk redistribute raw catalog records or artifacts, mirror or systematically reconstruct the corpus, wrap Zawqi in another API or substantially equivalent product, or abuse the service to disrupt it.

Third-party material and research limits

Zawqi indexes information and materials from third-party websites. Zawqi does not claim ownership of their trademarks, logos, screenshots, copy, or other source material. Catalog information may be incomplete or change over time, so inspect cited sources before relying on a decision.

Availability

We may suspend access for material violation or abuse, and may change, pause, or stop parts of Zawqi. The product may not always be available or error-free.

7-day cancellation

Your first Zawqi purchase can be cancelled within 7 calendar days of purchase. No questions asked: email hello@zawqi.app from your account email, say you want to cancel, and include the purchase date or Polar receipt reference when available. Polar processes a full refund. Cancellation ends Lifetime Access and access to the paid customer API, while your account remains available for account management.
